Beijing, Beijing
Unlike a tourist's perspective, what's recorded here is my daily life. Though in Beijing I'm still a passerby. Beijing is big—it can be the Forbidden City, the corner tower, the Bird's Nest, Wukesong, 798, or Wangjing, Guomao, Dongshitiao. And my perspective is the place where I live and the scenery one or two kilometers nearby. Unlike common stereotypes, there are no crowded subways or endless crowds here; few people, few tree shadows.

This is where I used to live. I like to stay away from the crowds. It's a suburb of Beijing, which isn't very expensive compared to the city where rents are high.
Here are some views of the neighborhood. The population and vehicles are but few and far between.
There are quite a few woods and plants nearby.
