This is where my new life begins. Linköping has a very beautiful Chinese translation as ”林雪平“ (the pronounciation , which means "Woods, Snow, and Peace".

It's a city with a population of only about 150,000 people, and almost anywhere can be reached within 30 minutes by bike. The city fulfills almost all the best things that could be expected from North Europe: a living environment that fully blends with nature, public facilities with humanity, houses that are well decorated like every host is an experienced designer.

For me, Velvia is one of the Fujifilm filters that is hard to use, as over-saturated colors may easily cause an imbalance in the image. Yet Linköping is a best place for Velvia: a variety of vibrant colors combined with each other in an extremely clever relationship, just the right amount of warmth and richness. No need for more words, just feel and embrace it.
