Sunshine, beaches, Picasso's birthplace, a paradise for me fleeing the long Nordic nights.

In the Nordic winter, I'd rather travel thousands of kilometers south to chase the sun than take a train an hour or two north to photograph the aurora borealis. Because I know what truly lifts my spirits. Looking at the distant horizon always brings a sense of peace.
