2023
Since 2023, this site has been including color photos as well as my life became colorful and hopeful. No reason needed, I chose this one.
2022
The increasingly harsh Covid policies continued through 2022. This most mundane photo, lines for nucleic acid tests, represents so much.
2021
The most impressive one this year was the shooting star sealed in the video.
By the way, my wish at that night was "Wish I can capture a shooting star."
2020
Such tranquil images are really rare on the crowded Gulangyu Island.
The lighthouse divides the picture into two worlds: on one side, there is a couple busy taking photos for their newlywed trip, constantly changing poses and styles; and on the other side, there is an old man who doesn't care about them at all, facing the sea and fishing. These two worlds get along so naturally.
2019
Used to be my cell phone wallpaper.
Leaves, guardrails and streetlights seem to have to look different in black and white: white flowers squeezing through their cages, struggling to look up to the light they aspire to.
Just like me in 2019.
